No, we do not have a hot spring. Currently, only showers are available. There is a one-day spa facility 3-5 minutes away by car. (Birao no Yu 10:00-21:00, Hotel Mashu 8:00-20:00)

Yes, you can borrow towels for a fee.

Bath towels: 200 yen
Face towel: 100 yen
Toothbrush (for sale): 100 yen
Laundry detergent (for sale): 100 yen

Yes, you can use the kitchen. Please feel free to use the following

Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, basic seasonings, cooking utensils (pans, etc.), dishwashing detergent

※Please wash the utensils after use and return them to their original place.

There are separate men’s and women’s restrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
(All toilets are equipped with bidet functions.)

The entrance is locked after 10:00 p.m. Guests are requested to enter with their own key after 10:00 p.m.

Free parking space is available in the facility.

We sell drinks, retort curry, canned food, snacks, etc. for a fee.

Desk, stand light, power cord, and mirror are available in each guest room. There are no toilets or shower rooms in the guest rooms as they are shared.

No, there is no TV in the guest rooms.

Please use the lounge on the 1st floor and the working space on the 2nd floor after 10:00 p.m. so as not to disturb other guests.

There is a laundry machine on the 1st floor. There is no dryer, so please dry your clothes indoors.

Linens are self-attached. Please feel free to ask our staff if you would like to change the linen for a longer stay.

Heating is provided in the guest rooms and in the hotel. There is no air conditioning.
